JACK IT OUT! After getting a masters in Exercise Physiology, Nutrition and Health Promotion-FIFTEEN SECOND PLANK GO-, working as a health instructor and workout coach for 11 years, and running after a very lively toddler, one could say I’ve learned a thing or two about health and fitness. Staying fit during a time like this is essential to our well-being, both mental and physical. I’m proud to offer you my experience as an instructor, personal trainer and women's studies professor.
